Risk Management Process
An effective project risk management process consists of six discrete process steps, two critical work products, and two control activities. The six process steps are; plan, identify risks, objecively quantify risk impact, prioritize risks, select risk management strategy, and execute risk treatment. The risk register and risk treatment plans are the critical work products that enable effective project risk management and provide input to the enterprise risk management (ERM) and governance processes. Monitor and Improve are key control activities that assures process compliance, continuous improvement of risk management processes and alignment with organizational governance requirements.

JWMC utilized certified risk management experts to provide training on a variety of risk management topics including risk management planning, risk identification, risk prioritization, risk response planning, contingency planning, and reserve management. JWMC also develops customized training and workshop facilitation in collaboration with our customers to maximize the return on their risk management efforts.
