My session entitled Robots and Risk Management offers a roadmap to transition risk management from compliance-driven value preservation to value creation that enables organizations to seize the opportunities of disruptive technologies and emerging markets. This session enable risk practitioners to formulate risk management tactics and strategies that create value for your organization. Attendees will be able to design a risk management strategy to manage risk associated with disruptive technologies.
Risk Philosophy
My personal risk philosophy is, keep it simple, be sensitive to your surroundings so you can quickly adapt to the changing environment, stay focused on the most important objectives and most importantly follow a disciplined approach and don't get distracted by all the noise in the environment.
