The principal, Joseph Mayo, is an internationally recognized author and risk management expert who is passionate about improving risk management practices across the globe.
JWMC’s risk management process is fully aligned with accepted industry standards governing risk management including the PMBOK, ISACA's RiskIT, and ISO Standards 16085, 31000, and 31010.
JWMC uses a comprehensive project and program management approach based on the PMBOK and four decades of organizational and industry lessons learned. We assign Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project managers to provide staff augmentation Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Recovery Specialists for our customers. The main principal, Joseph Mayo, has more than 20 years of project management experience in many industry verticals including manufacturing, public sector, financial services, retail, medical research, and telecommunications.
Joseph Mayo has more than 30 years of technical writing and proposal develop experience for the Federal Government. Mr. Mayo has developed winning proposals for the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Deparment of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Mayo provides a variety of proposal development services but focus primarily on technical writing, solution architect and color review services.
JWMC utilizes a standards based approach to IV&V. IV&V services are based on industry standards and models such as IEEE 1012 (Standard for software verification and validation), the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI).
